Core imagines a world in which Jewish women are so connected that the warmth of Torah radiates through them to others, creating warm, inspiring communities where every individual feels valued, needed and cared for.

Officially launched in 2018, Core operates on 3 Levels:

  • Establishing a system for in-person social growth and development
  •  Training mentors for Jewish women
  •  Connecting women in fields of Jewish service

The Torah has always recognized Jewish women as the engine that drives the Jewish People. Core is invested in ensuring that engine runs smoothly.

Our goal:
Bring extraordinary Jewish women forward.

“…Core has given me new tools for my toolbox, and introduced me to tools I never knew existed… My thinking has been expanded, as have my listening skills. Both have given me agency to do and be more, and are constantly being implemented.

…Through Core I have gained a greater comprehensive understanding of l’halaos Ner. It involves how to focus in ways that bring out the best in others by creating space for them to flourish, especially as it relates to strengthening other Jewish women.”

MMC Graduate

“Over the last few days there have been incredible meaningful conversations on a few of our groups [communities of practice]. Here we are, across the globe, sharing the same struggles, and offering ideas and experiences.”

“Now, if I’m stuck and need advice, I have an arsenal of women to turn to, whose experiences can inform my work. Similarly, I can be there for them, sharing the knowledge and learning I’ve gained.”

The Torah has always recognized Jewish women as a mechanism to ignite passion and purpose in Klal Yisroel.

From the Imahos in Tanach to the rebbetzins in our shuls to the morahs in our schools and beyond, women set the temperature at home and in their communities. The more engaged women are, the warmer and more committed our communities will be.

Core, therefore, seeks to harness and amplify women’s inherent strengths to strengthen the Jewish nation overall.

Each Core branch creates community for women, modeling what we want our members to put into practice through whichever roles they occupy.

Whether they’re the rebbetzin of a shul, assist kallahs transitioning into marriage, or facilitate a local meet-up, we want them to understand their role in bringing others forward through inspiring, healthy, Torah-based connection, growth, and support.

Joining Core amplifies a woman’s impact while enriching her personal and professional growth!
