Our mission is to create a collaborative community of practice for women teaching Judaic and secular studies in grades 1–5 within Yeshiva and Modern Orthodox day schools. We aim to support, guide, and empower one another as educators, fostering growth in instructional excellence, academic innovation, and professional development. Through shared wisdom and meaningful collaboration, we strive to address the educational, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of our students while uplifting and encouraging each other as dedicated teachers and leaders in our classrooms and communities.
