Core supports women at the heart of the Jewish People.
Core takes a targeted approach to strengthening the Jewish Nation. Recognizing that women are the core of our homes and communities, Core invests in the women who are pillars to others as they navigate life. Doing so naturally has an outsized impact in fostering warmth, engagement, and Jewish commitment.

The Mission
Core equips Orthodox Jewish women serving their communities with the training, mentorship, and peer support to lead with skill, abundance, and lasting impact.
The Vision
Core believes that strengthening the women who sustain Jewish communal life strengthens the communities they serve. Stronger communities strengthen the Jewish people, enabling us to more fully realize our mission to become a source of blessing and light to the world.
Supporting Women in Klal Work
Over the past 25 years, Aliza Bulow has traveled across five continents to support rebbetzins, educators, and communal leaders in dozens of cities.
Everywhere she went, she met women who were building programs, teaching, mentoring, and guiding families through life’s most sensitive moments. Yet despite the significance of their work, many were carrying these responsibilities largely on their own, often with little training and with even less recognition. Most lacked colleagues who truly understood their work or a network of peers with whom they could consult, collaborate, and learn. Few had meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
From those conversations, one thing became clear:
Women sustaining Jewish communal life need more than goodwill and dedication; they need training, support, mentorship, and connections with colleagues.
In 2018, Core was founded to provide exactly that.
Today, Core serves thousands of women across more than twenty countries, offering Torah-based mentorship training, professional development, and peer connections that strengthen the women who lead and sustain their communities.
Core amplifies the impact of individual women who serve in communal roles through targeted professional development, facilitated peer connections, and tailored support.
Core does this by:
- Training women through the MMC Fellowship
- Connecting women in global Communities of Practice
- Bringing women together with cross-field conferences
- Facilitating field initiatives that identify and meet communal needs
- Providing ongoing support, supervision, and resources
